Does anyone happen to have any football fixtures for any local teams. Have two mad football boys who would love to take in a match while on holiday.

would love to see a local team (preferably Lagoa, don't they play near the faticil) I think the main problem is that it is outside of the football season

I went to Olha last season for a game, great fun, cost then 12 euros to get in, maybe more now as promoted, so good for the Algarve. But if you want to be closer to home, there is a portuguese daily paper, cant remember which one, sorry, who do have the fixtures of the local teams, i.e. Portimao, Lagos etc....good luck....

Olhao now play in the top flight ie Liga Sagres. Next level down is Liga Vitalis where Portimao play. Lagoa and Loule play in Division II South.

Season for Liga Sagres and Vitalis started last weekend - first fixtures for Lagoa and Loule are on September 6th.
