whats in the square?

hello. I have seen the bears in the new island bit in front of Metabixo but what is in the main square. It looks like a kids roundabout, can someone let me know if these are more models please?

I think its a second collection of Bears ( it was last week ).
looking at the web cam photos from last night it looked like there was a car trying to drive the WRONG way around the square !!
