Just like to say what brilliant service we have had from Mark, Sandra and the rest of the Team at Palm Properties.

We have sold our Apartment this week and bought a new Villa through them and they have been really, really helpful with each stage, even as far as sorting out the Lawyers and speaking to them and the Banks when we could not get through.

They are helping us still sorting electricians, pool man, washing machines etc.

If you need to sell or buy call and see them, and no I am not on commision, but the service has been a pleasure from the start to the end, good service needs to be praised as we are all quick to point out when things go wrong.

The other thing I meant to say was the rate they charge for selling is only 3 1/2 % and we were quoted between 5 and 7 % by other companies so that is a massive saving.
