Looks from the Algarve Webcam pointing at the Square, that it is now roped off and has no parking. Does this mean that the refurb. is actually going to start on time? Also note that there is activity at the stage on the beach, somewhat late in the season. Will be over next weekend, for an extended visit, so look forward to watching progress.
