Can anyone from Scotland that has used the winter flights from Glasgow tell me roughly when its winter flights may go on sale?
I cant understand why they are not out yet but only flights up to Oct 25th on sale just now!
Maybe they arent going to run a winter schedule??

Sorry but I have never used Easyjet from Glasgow so cannot help you on that but just had a phone call from my sister in law to say that really cheap Ryanair flights from Prestwick to Glasgow are available for Nov 08.
But they appear to only fly on a Wednesday.
Don't know if this is off any help to you.
I have already booked to fly with Globespan on 7th Nov but it was not cheap.
Good Luck

Surely a bus would be easier for that journey!

Ha Ha
Glad you spotted my mistake Mike.
I was so upset that I had paid about £100 more for my flight to Faro that my fingers overtook my brain on the keyboard.
Of course I meant to Faro not Glasgow

I flew Easyjet from Glasgow in August, and I must say I was impressed with the cheery friendly service and ease of check in at Glasgow, inspite of all the building work going on there.
I am once again flying Easyjet to Faro this comming Tuesday and looking forward to it.

A word of caution with easyjet... make certain you are not over weight with the baggage... they wanted to charge me almost £350 for an extra 19kg's. For that, I would let the extra bag go in the cabin and I would go in the hold!
I tended to use Globespan in the past, and couldn't fault them, but their prices have started to go higher and faster than their planes
However I do hope they can ride out the current economic climate and continue to give good service.
I have flown Ryanair on other routes before, although never from Prestwick to Glasgow

One day, hopefully they will get things right and treat their passengers and their staff like human beings rather than cattle.
Simon.
