you dont mean they've--bought the place Biffa :?:
Think you may have seen "doubles"-- --sorry terrible joke----but believe that "Lord" Archer(soon to have title removed)is still on parol --and has to report regularly --to local police is it?
Unless his swayed" the powers that be"--and he only has to report up the hill to the GNR-d'you think?
But wait a minute --doubt if his passport will be in his possession either--so---
Do get the feeling that man is capable of anything------maybe hes there writing his next best seller--
Oh lets see what Kteee has to report back--intrigueing---------

Having got specialist knowledge on this subject, I doubt his licence was for more than six months, therefore he is unlikely to still be reporting and should be in full possession of his passport by now. Obviously murderers and rapists report indefinately and football hooligans do not get their passport back or have to hand it prior to international matches.

So it could well have been him, makes sense, doubt he is there for a fortnight though, not at this time of year. Maddi

Jeffery Archer the author, who was made Lord Archer, but may now lose the title as he has been in jail for perjury and only recently released.
