• Misty or what?

Looking at the web cams this morning is that cloud today or the dreaded smoke from fires in the Monchique?????

It is misty and couldy (despite the weather reports on line saying it is sunny!) - believe me there is NO sun this morning. Really fed up as we went to the Sand Fiesa yesterday in the morning and were so hot we could have melted, and could have gone today instead. Oh well - probably go up to Monchique and see how close to the clouds we can get!

Actually, that depends on where you are. At the top of the hill it was nice and the bottom it was still misty, then about half an hour ago the top of the hill was misty again, and now it all looks beautiful!

Yes i agree with FM, lovely this morning up at vila nova, then went to vale de milo golf, lovely again, but the beach at centiannes was shrouded in mist. seems to have cleared everywhere now, great day.
very hot

The mist had gone in Carvoeiro by about 10 am. There is often quite a lot of sea mist on the western coast.

I thought this was a post aimed at me for a minute - I wondered what I'd done!

Moving inland today, the mist cleared, it is now a beautiful evening, and I am one step closer to becoming a lobster !
