I was in Carvoeiro last summer and was in Sully's bar nearly every night for two weeks and made some great friends whilst there!
I heard it had undergone new management, does anybody know what the new manager is called?

Philip is the new manager , portugese guy , looks a bit like frank zappa from seventies rock band , still the same atmosphere though , one of the best bars.
