I have no experience of letting out property for holiday rentals. I have of long term lets, and these never seemed to be any problem.
I was just wondering though, on a general basis, how much trouble it really is. Is there much damage caused by holiday makers and is it worth the effort in the long run? Obviously you make some money, but after paying taxes and maintenance etc. is it worth it?
