laser cards

we are coming over in a few weeks and i was woundering are laser cards accepted over there?cheers john

As long as they are visa should not be a problem, but you should be aware that alot of Restaurants and bars do not accept cards of any shape or form, strictly cash.

Check the FAQ for (some) bars and restaurants that do or don't take Visa etc.

There are several ATM's dotted about the place which you use to draw upto 200 euros at any one time.

If you stick the card in twice it produces another 200 euros assuming the card co will accept it and it's on or below your daily withdrawal limit. Did this in September on the advice of the counter staff at the bank.
