I love Delia Smith. not only is she the guiding light behind the re-surrgent pride of East anglia, Norwich City, she has just published a new cookery book called "How to cheat at cooking"
In it she has got a receipe for my favourite Portuguese goodie, the wonderful custard tart, known, I believe as Pastel Nata?????
There goes what is left of my waistline!!!

A supply of Pastel de Nata can be found at the Brazilian cafe, Cafe Pao (I haven't mastered accents etc on the keyboard) in Reading.
