Great Newsletter
Great Newsletter
It looks as though all your worst nightmares came at once.
I thought the newsletter very interesting and amusing and certainly felt for you with all those problems. Your upgrdaed hotel 'room' in Dubai sounded out of this world.
In the newsletter you say 'Sergio and Rachael from Rascals Bar were also there enjoying lunch and although they have not yet found a new venue'. Have I missed something? are they no longer at Rascals?

the ferry story reminded me of going back to england through france in about 83. We stopped somewhere halfway through france for the night in order to get to Cherbourg early the next morning. Biffa said 'you're learning french go and find a room in that hotel' and sent me off to the Hotel de Ville - in french Hotel de ville means Town Hall. It was SO embarrassing.
When we found a real hotel Biffa made such 'good friends' with the owner over a bottle of cognac that the next morning he was a bit 'fraco'
we arrived at the dock in cherbourg just as the ferry was just leaving - and had to stay there over night.
great days eh, biffa???
