The rateable values of all Centiannes will dip for 8 days.
The sand level along Centiannes Bay may diminish even further....but all is not lost....
Mister Maco, and the adjacent shoe shop will see an inevitable surge in profits.
The owner of the next door garden centre will rub his hands in glee.

Its the annual gardening and maintenance week.

Monday night could well find the afore mentioned itinerants in A-Gale, allowing Mrs W, (aka the slim controller) to reduce the European King Prawn mountain, and both of us to share a drink with any other member of this forum that might be in the region of that excellent eatery on Monday night....assuming it's open of course!

I feel really sorry for you, and I'm sure that Mike, Chis and e-richard to name but a few the will sympathise also. The hard work we have to put in to ensure our properties are in tip-top condition is something non=owners know nothing about. It is hard, the only light on the horizon is the refreshments we have to have, the nice meals out, the walks along the deserted beaches etc, but hey someone's got to do it
