I am looking for commercial premises, to buy or rent. Small to medium size industrial type unit would be ideal. Prefered area Carvoeiro/ Lagoa/ ferragudo/Portimao. Can anybody think of anything, or any possibilities worth following up?

For commercial Parque Empresarial Algarve opposite Fatacil, Lagoa has space avaiable. Probably wouldn't suit industrial use though.
