I am around and have been keeping abreast of the goings on. Love that Blobby fella, that one is going to provide loads of ammunition. Loads and loads of new people posting which is great and will help tide us over the long and cold winter. I hope that most of them enjoy the banter especially once the "how long does it take to get to CVO from Faro?" season is over - the greatest thing being that this how they and us found this website.

I am having no problems getting into chat (although I appear to be alone in there - awh bless!)

The summer school hols are very busy for me, loads to do, people to see, places to go . . . oh a couple of kids at home demanding my time, attention and the PC!!!!!!! However - great joy, they returned to school today so I can once resume my reign of terror on CVO.com

Don't worry, I know it isn't you - you do do shrewd, cutting, cunning, innuendo and can indeed excel at sarcasm and irony but you have never been nasty - that is the remit of Blobby and certain anonymous guests - so in my view you're in clear as Blobby - however Pammie - I do "know" you are someone else as well and I have my beliefs as to who (which I think you know but does anyone else????)

To Gordon and Sandy - going back on previous replies such as in Carvoeiro's worst? I think Blobby said he was in Cvo all year round and one of his replies has a squiggly thing over the word ciao! so I have always thought of Blobby as a local

Blobby also seems to underline a lot - just like Gambrinus so could it be him don't think so

I think you could well be right about Blobby being a local--I had no respo nse on other topic from him--re: being a friend of Noel Edmonds on bbc tv--so maybe dont know of original " Mr Blobby"------good guessing game this!

Now, now, pammie, I don´t underline much at all, in fact, you would probably have trouble finding posts where I used that tag - I do love my bold tag though.

In any case, there is only one person who could solve the mysteries of who-is-who and that is our great webmastro, the creator - Steen. So if you ask him really nicely, he might just let us know who aliases as who.

This reminds me of the role-playing games I used to play on Yahoo, middle ages, swords and shields kind of game - if you got killed, maimed, mutilated or outcast, you could never use that character again. I am guessing quite a few have passed away to re-emerge with a clean slate to dwell on as the alter-ego. - There are a few very subtle hints as to who a person could have been, but it takes some pacience to figure those out.
