Michael, have not seen an entry for some time now. We miss the input.

No reply from Snakehips yet Does this mean the diet is failing? Or you have pulled a muscle or something at one of your Aerobics sessions Hope not Michael because your Diet Diary certainly provided great laughs around offices.

Hopefully you are in the best of health, haven't wasted away and have kept on the Clooney Diet and not The Atkins Diet which is causing such controversy at the moment.

There is also some great banter on there, where Michael is frequently given as good as he gives. Obviously if you are asking about the MC diet you cannot be a cvo purist, but for anyone else reading this, do not visit hisaronu.co.uk if you are only interested in Hisaronu, the banter on there and the number of irrelevant subjects makes this forum shrine-like in it's blinkered focus

Anyway, no great fan of MC myself, you may be able to tell, (suspect he may be Mr Blobby!!!), however always happy to help out a guest when I can.

The diet continues, but, because I am now happy with my weight it is just ticking over with nothing much to say.

I am pleased that 'the office' laughed at my exploits. As Maddi said, I'm embroiled on the Hisaronu forum at the moment.

And, Maddi, I am not a self-publicist as you so rudely put it, I just enjoy writing about life and what happens on my journey through it. People can read or ignore it as they wish.

You are correct in the number of irrelevant subjects, and your description of shrine-like is spot on! The H forum is nothing like the serious, sedate, (dare I say senile?), sensible forum we have here - and that's why I like it.

This forum doesn't have the Hello Peeps type of member, and those going to Carvoeiro for holidays are nowhere near as passionate as the Hisaronu bunch. The H bunch absolutely ooze enthusiasm for their holiday resort in a way that will never be seen on this site.

When I want a slower pace I return to C, but for my adrenalin rush and a bit of argey bargey I go to H.
