• Stamp Duty

Morning all

Couldnt see an answer to this in FAQ - if there is apologies! Can anyone let me know what the sales tax/stamp duty cost is on purchasing a 1/4 share in a villa? Have tried to get an answer by googling but have only got more confused!

F YOU ADD 10% To the Property price that will cover all your expenses, Stamp duty, lawyer, notario, conservatoria Etc.
