We are visiting Carvoeiro over Christmas and New Year and while there we will be looking for property to buy. We are looking for 1~2 bedrooms and at least 1 bathroom for upto 100,000 euros. Does anyone know of any property we may be interested in?

You wont get much for that in Carvoeiro, maybe a 1 bed but no way a 2 bed. Sorry

Unfortunately you will be lucky to find anything in a decent location around this price.
Inland , lagoa or Portimao might be possible but I think you will have to look hard for what you want.
You could look to the eastern Algarve or far west more choice maybe??.

2bd 2 bths in decent locations now averaging over 200,000 euros.

Wait a couple of years and Im sure €100,000 will get you a two bedroomed place in CVO ... Not a good time now to buy anything anywhere except maybe in USA (Florida) that could be worth a punt...

Florida is only any good if you buy from new,resale is a nightmare in FLA,but you will still be hard pressed to find anything near the coast for around the 100 Euro mark.
