Back from Carvoeiro today.

Weather was better that forecast, and had a great time as always.

I have noticed over the years thar we have been visiting the massive amount of "spray can art" that is visble.

My 5 year old son kept on saying as we drove (not just in CVO, but in Lagos. Armaceo De Pera. Lagoa, Ferragudo etc etc etc.) why is there so much vandalsim ?

Anyone know the answer. #

Do the authortities do anything about it.

Such a shame.

A lovely area, being spoilt by (surely ?) a few.

There is a lot of graffitti around the Algarve. But I just think or hope that this replaces the majority of the youthful behaviour you get back in the UK. The crime over here is different. You get graffitti, you get petty crime and thefts. But there is not so much violence involved in any of it.

At least I hope I am right.

Just got back from a visit to Rome and the walls are full of it. It was an eyesore.

Not too surprising since "graffiti" is Latin for scribbling and Rome and Pompeii have the most famous examples.
