My best friend -whos also into all the herb treatments,uses a gargle made fom sage ? Red sage I believe?
when I had a touch of tonsiltis my doctor recommended sucking ice
But it worked-hes very helpful

thanks for that hotlips--i'll gargle but for now it'll just have to an aspirin in warm water-yuk-thats my bosses tip! and i dont know about hot food making you lose weight- i've just eaten the whole pan of curry that i made! i'm now going to sink into the bath (!!!) and get ready for work--i'm going to have to take some prompt cards in to work with me- ' good evening, have you booked a table' and 'hello, would you like to order a drink' I cant talk at all now and we're really busy tonight........boohooo

I think that Vodka is best for dry lips. Many times in CVO it has helped
me a lot.

Sorry to hear you're ill April. I've been feeling under the weather but I think its just stress!
We may be in cvo at the end of August, have to see how things go.

I have decided to go 'au naturel' and dispense with the fake tan, leaving me extremely white! I will be the whitest person in cvo so you won't be able to miss me!

I also had a lovely Thai curry this evening, cooked by my hubby
