Mmm, I am looking forward to a new designed square - it'll give us something to post about over the winter months!

Shanagarry, the cynicism was directed at the council not yourself. I though that was obvious. Apologies If you were offended

Let's hope somebody will do something about re-designing the Square because it's obvious that it is quite unsuitable in it's present state.About 6 years ago the town s folk of Buxton were subjected to an ill thought out and totally dangerous re-designed market place ,the architect yes you've guessed it was from a large city down south who had no idea what the local community required and the sad news is that after numerous accidents and complaints it is still the same with no immediate prospect of being altered.
I wonder could they make a mess of the new car parking facilities up near the church?

Just goes to prove to all who believe the Portuguese have the monopoly on bureaucracy - they have competition - down here in West Sussex they have formidable competition - as I suspect they have elsewhere.

Dare I say it - it's what happens when the patients (socialists/communists) are put in charge of the asylum. It is suggested that all our e-mails are being read by some 'big brother'- department - Gormless Gordon and your kind - take note :D
