New Year
Re: New Year
We went to Chrissy's in Lagoa. The meal was excellent, 7 courses, wine & coffee €45.
1st visit but won't be the last, Happy New Year!

Re: New Year
Excellent meal/evening. The bill including drinks/tip was less than €130 per couple. This included bubbles at midnight, cocktail and more than enough wine. Food was cooked very well. Was packed, but it's surprising not everyone wants to stay until midnight. harry's bar was busy as we went home.LICY wrote:Think this year we have booked Taste. Just waiting for confirmation. Hands up whose there.may have drinks at ours first.

We went to Bon Bon. Nothing short of sensational. Great food, wine and company.

It's good to hear that you all had an enjoyable NYE - we went to Primavera for the 3rd year running and had another excellent evening.

You too - it was a shock to the system to stand in the cold, wind and rain at Gatwick waiting for the car park bus - having stood on Philip and Ruth's terrace in beautiful sunshine only a few hours earlier.LICY wrote:good to see you both Sunday
How's Ian's back? It's the weight of carrying that West Ham load that's done it

Apparently muscle spasm and he has to keep moving. He had a bad back when we were together, too much digging in the tower the previous week.shanagarry wrote:The mind bogglesLICY wrote:he has to keep moving![]()
