good year bad year???

any feedback yet as to whether bookings are up or down this year...one villa we manage has only one week so far:(

with another 15000 apartments planned for albufeira one day surely supply must outstrip demand..has that time now come???

As apartment owners in albufeira all we can say is that bookings so far have been excellent, we are all but sold out for the summer as are most of our fellow owners.
We are certainly not at the bottom end of the market either.
However your comment about a glut in a few years may well be true.

Unfortunately The Algarve does not appear to do any significant PR here in the UK compared with Spain , Turkey or even Egypt.

The level of awareness needs to rise as we all know there is much more to the algarve than just Golf and the " strip ".
