anyone visited this place before any opinions?

thinking of going first week of june at £250 it seems reasonable inc flights

Never heard of it.
£250 a week, including flights....certainly sounds cheap.
In this world you get what you pay for. Your flights must take care of around £75-100 each of that

It is in the centre of Pria D Rocha and as such there is little comparison with Carvoeiro.
The closest equivalent are hotel sclose to the Strip in Albufeira such as Oura where similar deals have been on offer.
If you want mass toursim and a very noisy vibrant nightlife at a budget price why not.

If you are over 30 however ???
