Floor tiling recommendations

We are in the process of buying a 2 bed bungalow in QDP and thinking about having the floors retiled as they are looking shabby, has anyone else with a similar size property had this work carried out recently? If so could you recommend a good builder you used and possibly an idea of what this work would cost?
