Buying quarter share in Palm Gardens?

Helo all. Can someone advise me on buying a quarter share on this resort? Any tips or pitfalls in the contracts? Are they easy to rent? Wich is better, in cost and service, pestana, or the local maintenance services? Thanks in advance.
