Yes they are definately sold in Intermarche as I bought 2 there a few wks ago - great to have in the UK actually, especially now that we are on the slippery slope of shorter days.

They were in the region of €2 each.

Colina Da Lapa Review

Just back from this complex. My family had a fantastic 2 weeks here. The 2 bed apartments were basically semidetached villas and were very roomy - even the staircase was huge! Little patios and patio doors everywhere! Big bathroom with 2 sinks, downstairs loo massive kitchen with all sorts of electr...

Whilst I understand Sam's comments, I do think that babies benefit from holidays, they may not remember it but the new smells sights and sounds must help their development - I bet they are programmed in there somewhere and relaxed parents for 1 or 2 weeks must surely outweigh the inital travel stres...

Good! because not only am I fretting about the distant dangers of forest fires, I'm getting hyster...

Thank you very much for replying Graham. I am still worried but I am hoping the rain will come - I keep seeing rain on the long term forecasts that mysteriously dissappear nearer the time.

I'll just keep an eye on the situation I guess.

Weather

Hello all, I'm visiting Carvoeiro in June with two small children and have now started to fret about all the talk about lack of rain and droughts. Will this drought lead to the terrible forest fires that were all over the news in 2003? Were the tourist developments threatened last time? Was the air ...

Hello dramaqueen,

Unfortunately I can't answer your question, but I would like to ask you one. Have you been to Colina Da Lapa before? My family are staying there in June and I'm searching for reviews.
