I'm coming out Wednesday with Monarch. The flight is at 7.30am (check in 5.30). Does anyone have experience of the grub served up by Monarch ie: will the breakfast suffice or should we have a top up before we start?

Yes Gerry is it nice to have choice. Non smokers should be able to choose to live in a smoke free environment that does not damage their health. I am not particularly in favour of a ban ('tho I've never smoked) as I think freedoms are too precious to be taken away without considering all the options...
