this could be in the Uk but I think This is world wide for any goverment department !!

Met a 'jobs worth' today.
Went to my son's bank today to put cash into his account as a birthday present. Told by the teller that she couldn't accept the cash as I wasn't a customer of that bank, so I said, "you're telling me that you are refusing to accept a cash deposit into one of your customer's accounts?" "Yes", says the teller. "But why can't you accept the cash?"......."I'm just doing my job".
