Restaurant recommendations close to Faro Airport

We are flying into Faro next week and wont get the rental car till about 8.00pm at the earliest. Does anyone have any restaurant recommendations between the airport and the A22 perhaps in the Vale da Venda or Arneiro areas?

We don't really want to venture into Faro and we think it will be a bit late by the time we get to CVO.

Have a look on Google maps there are loads around to choose from.

At Faro beach there are 2 reasonable restaurants - at a guess €5 taxi from the airport.

The AeroMar hotel restaurant looking towards the airport or the Wax Restobar looking towards the sea.

Both good average (nothing fancy) but very reasonable cost.

Thanks for the recommendation Roy, went to the AeroMar Hotel restaurant and had a very good meal. Fairly limited menu but very good value and nice table looking back towards the airport.
