Interior painting

Post by Michelle546 »

Good morning

I have a 2 bedroom apartment on Monte Dourado and hoping to have the whole interior painted later this year.

I have been quoted €1,250 plus vat which includes filling in cracks, rubbing down and paint. Is this a reasonable price?

I want somebody or a company that is reliable and this person has been recommended.

Thanks in advance

We had a guy called Dax Gomez to do ours and he did a fantastic job at a great price.

For mine we had three quotations and he was bang in the middle. Get him to give you a quotation and then you will know if he is cheaper for you. One thing I can tell you is that his work is outstanding.

A two bedroom apt. So im guessing : also a lounge, kichen and bathroom for €1250 plus iva AND he was recommended.

My suggestion is that you bite his non-brush hand arm off.

Not sure about local prices but its £200 a day in the uk (thats what i charge !)

Well not knowing how an 86 year old I find it difficult to answer that question, I have had as they say "a bit of a problem" but my fears were unfounded when I had the results of a biopsy revealed this week, so presuming I've not had any new knees or hips I suppose I'm a lucky guy, I do have diabetes 2 bit seem to manage that OK!, that apart I'm pretty fit and am still sexually active in a way  Thanks for asking, by the way! have you noticed I'm getting near to 10,000 posts and non of them gained on that silly game they used to play, hope I MAKE IT. :D
