Tourist License

Has any RB owner applied for a tourist license?

As I understand it, because Rocha Brava is a tourist resort, under Portuguese law only the management company can rent out properties on it, so only they can hold a licence.

Mike is quite correct.

In fact in the annual report last year Mrs Santos went into considerable detail regarding the position relating to lettings. Unfortunately I don't think that I kept my copy, but I am sure someone did that you can have a look at or ask Reception for a copy.
