DOES ANYONE HAVE INFORMATION AS TO THE NEAREST PLACE IN CARVOEIRO WHERE FREE WIFI ACCESS CAN BE FOUND?
ALSO, I HEARD RUMORS THAT MONTE DOURADO IS CONSIDERING THE INTRODUCTION OF BROADBAND FOR THE COMPLEX, ANY INFO???
I COULD REALLY DO WITH EASY ACCESS FOR MY STUDIES...

Tivoli is lovely, great views and lovely breakfast get a room with sea view. I booked directly from their own website and got a good deal. Havent eaten dinner there though. Their wifi cards are a bit expensive from memory but they have three computers you can use in the lobby free if you are a guest.

Been away for a day. I will find out as much as I can about the pool and the WIFI if available.
I'll be in Carvoeiro for a month and so have lots of time for research.

Monte Dourado now has free wifi in the apartments

our complex is in the process of appointing new condominium management. One of the quotes received has level fees charged on each apartment regardless of size. This somewhat surprised me as I understood the norm in Portugal was to pay according to square footage. As there appears to be a few owners from Monte Dourado on this site I would be interested in how the management at Monte Dourado appropiates charges, ie level fees for all size of apartment or differing fees according to property owned.

In our case, in Monte Dourado, the condominium fees are according to size of the apartment. But in Portugal, can be both ways. It can be change on the annual meeting with 2/3 in favor without any no vote (this means, if someone votes against it, it cannot be change, even with a 2/3 majority).
