Walk Monday 4 Feb 2019 : Norinho. CLOSED

PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF WALK AND START POINT
I have had a couple of reports that the Casa da Vinha in Fuzeiros has dropped it's quality ( as well as put prices up). As there aren't that many cafes open on a Monday, we will go back to Norinho.
Not sure which walk we'll do.....it will NOT be the Enxerim one, probably not the Silves Windmill one....might be Lavada/Arade/Lavada one in which case duration will be about 2 h 45 m , or might be a wander in the hills for about 2h 30 m.
Whatever, will have ups & downs and MAY include a bit of off-piste, so I would not recommend shorts.
Hopefully, will do some recce's and post details nearer the time...but if not, a surprise on the day!

Start : 10.00...but please be there by 0945 if you want a coffee, and we need to order lunch before we leave.
Difficulty ( on a scale of 1:5) : bound to be a 3.
Optional lunch The cafe has been tried and recommended : menu and size is limited but they do a good grilled meat or fish or prata de dia. Price is 8.5€ for chicken/pork/Carrapau/chicken with chick peas but 12.5€ for Dorada......but please note new lunch price policy at viewtopic.php?f=39&t=27800 so , as no one will have any change, cost will be 10€ for chicken/pork etc and 15€ for dorada. We will need to order before the walk.
Directions : drive from Carvoeiro to Silves, go over the bridge and turn right and follow the N124 for about 3.2 kms until you see Cafe Casa de Pasto a Norinho on your left : park in layby opposite.

Usual caveats: all walks are at your own risk, and we do not walk if it is pouring with rain.....I will endeavour to put any cancellation note on this site by 0800 on the day of the walk.
Walking boots/stout trainers , walking pole(s), hats and water recommended. No charge, of course.
