Whose Life is it Anyway?

Post by Geoff »

Something a bit different....you may know that the Algarvians are doing a play called "Whose Life Is It Anyway?" in Lagoa next Thursday to Saturday , November 22 to 24.
The protagonist is a sculptor, made quadraplegic in a motor accident. In his hospital bed he weighs the pros and cons of ending his life.
Tickets are 12 euros, from "algarveansboxoffice@gmail.com "
They can be picked up before the show.

The Algarvean Players usually put on a good show : The Kindertransport last year was excellent.

We're going on the saturday, and will be dining at the churrasqueira Donna Anna, at the bottom of the square where the auditorium is, about 6.15pm.

I need to check if

Start is 7.45

Any walkers fancy coming ? If so, apply for tickets yourselves but let me know & i will try to book a table.

Well, jolly good play, tackling a sensitive subject in a humourous and interesting way......good meal at Donna Anna to start with too. Unfortunately, the theatre was only half full on a Saturday night.... they need your support!
I gather Dawn & John went on friday night : hope it was a bit fuller then.
