The original restaurant we were planning to go to (Tic Tac) offered us a 12 euro lunch of stuffed squid with no wine. He finally agreed to do fish and meat but would not reduce the price to include wine.

As a result we have booked a restaurant in Odiaxere that we have been to before, Churrasqueira Lopo, which is opposite the market and windmill in Odiaxere. It is pretty standard fare but not a set lunch however he has quoted us dishes at ~6 to 7 euros with wine and pudding extra- all booked for after the walk!

Perhaps we should look at finding restaurants then do a walk from them!

Nice walk today with 20 people (according to Bruce). Generally sunny but it tried to rain a couple of times but did not come to much. Rain did produce a nice rainbow though! There was a wee bit of excitement when we got to the river when this 'thing' appeared in and out of the river. After great debate, and with imagination running riot, a diver appeared out of the water clutching a bag of razor clams! Later sixteen of us had an acceptable lunch in downtown Odiaxere at 14 euros a head.
