Colombo's

Post by stegebeest »

I think Colombo's deserves a poll too. We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Carvoeiro (first visit) and we were very pleased with both the food and the service. Pedro is a great waiter.

over the past 4 years or so..its the place I've eaten at most :)
The girls Geninia (joint owner with husband Marcus) and Anetta are very nice too...
also friendly cooks Fatima & Lucy :)...
Not had a bad meal there in that time......did you try Fatima's chocolate mousse? Its fab :P

Wouldn't it be nice if we could all speak the same language......
Je m'excuse Ralf, mais je ne parle pas votre langue.
Shall we stick to English? :D

Sorry Stegebeest

We also like Colombo´s Restaurant / Bar since our first visit in CVO in 1998. The service from Pedro and Annette is fantastic and the kitchen is commendable.
Please excuse my bad English

By the way, I heard Pedro is opening his own restaurant, further up the hill, opposite the Italian restaurant. It's a souvenirshop at the moment. Can anybody tell me more????
