Who will the new management be? Will there be a opening party? Or is going to be another champagne and oysters bar?

Spook
You must be eating\drinking in a different bistro as the sign outside bistro 72 reads bar and snacks and not restaurant I think you will find restaurants and snack bars need different licences.
If it is a restaurant menu what food will you be serving?

They had a restaurant menu last September, along with that they advertised a Sunday roast lunch/dinner.
My husband loved the full English breakfast, the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for me.

O that's a shame where will you be working this year? Atlantic view or Smilers?
So I take it bistro 72 is a restaurant? I would like to know the menu for my next visit to carvoeiro at Easter if anyone knows.

I had breakfast in bistro last may and sorry to say it was the worst food I have had in Portugal, I have since been to Harry's and six and had excellent food and recommend both places.
Spook do you or your husband know if they will be serving steaks or fish in the new bistro restaurant?

Jjallen you seem to have a problem with bistro72, why continually run this place down? Yes Harry's is good but no better than bistro 72. Life is hard enough for businesses without all this skullduggery!
