I think it is still shut. I have not heard anything about it for a long time. I will find out when I go back in September.

It looks as if it has been converted back to living accommodation.

Tony has opened at Jacobs in Benagil.

When I made this post I never thought of the other restaurant at Poco Partido, by Colina Village, I was referring to Edra, by the junction to the main Carvoeiro /Lagoa road, which closed more recently. I realised this might cause confusion as both were run by Portuguese known to foreigners as Tony.

The restaurant next to Colina village is still closed. As far as I know that Tony is not running any establishment at the present time.

So the Tony that used to run Edra is running Jacobs, is that right Jaylay??

The Tony who ran Poco Partido by Colina Village is helping his brother out at O Cantinho in Carvoeiro. We ate there a couple of times last week - lovely to see him - and good food too. Tony and his wife have a new grandchild who is looked after by his wife (who cooked in the restaurants) so they have taken a step back from the restaurant business for a bit.
