Hi. Some friends visited this restaurant last week and said they'd had the best meal they'd in carvoeiro for a long time and that it was quite reasonable. I still have my doubts, but has anyone on the forum been recently who can back this up?

Six of us had a meal there at the beginning of the week and were very pleasantly surprised. Service and food couldn't be faulted and the restaurant rebuild has had a lot of money thrown at it to very good effect. It certainly is expensive but it was attracting a good number of people prepared to spend. We will go there again

Have been there twice in the last 2 weeks and now a favourite- the view is the best and the food is good, staff efficient and owner was happy to cook us a special request not on the menu. Quite expensive but such a nice setting

Visited in August, September and also October. Food was consistently good.
Not great but very good. Service attentive and active.
Prices reflect the view, location and refurbishment but all done very well and well worth it.

I can now add a recommendation for the white Sangria.
Its not just wine and fruit - its awesome.
