Martin's Kulinarium
Martin's Kulinarium
Found Martin's Kulinarium by chance but glad we did. It was very quiet but the food was excellent and the service very courteous. The approach is different in that there was only a choice of 3 main courses and 1 pudding! We chose the the steak and that was cooked perfectly. Our only criticism was that it needed some green vegetables to balance the meal as it came with only potatoes and pasta.

We have visited on our last trip to CVO and went here and had one of the best meals we have ever had in CVO and beyond. Delicious and very different.

Thanks for stating the obvious Richard - however, that facility does not seem to work on my iPad - so, can someone please tell me where it is?e-richard wrote:Where is that restaurant ?

Re: Martin's Kulinarium
We returned from a week in CVO last Thursday. We ate at Martin's on three occasions. His enthusiasm is infectious. The meals were very enjoyable and of great quality. I loved the home-smoked dorada, and his steak tenderloin, which I'd call fillet, was mouth-meltingly delicious. The octopus, tuna and lamb dishes were also well-appreciated. He also serves tasty and interesting vegetable accompaniments. And his house red wine is pretty good. And there are tasty tapas. And the prices are very reasonable. And the service is good, but get in early. Yes, we liked it!
