O Alambique
Went to this restaurant at Poco Barreto last night and it was excellent could not fault it at all, the service and food was a lovely end to a good day. Hubby had coconut prawns to start followed by a very large steak cooked to perfection, I had hake which was very good also ,then we were both piggish and had sweets.in all worth the ride to get there

Re: O Alambique
This is our very favourite restaurant in the area, we love the food, the wine, the surroundings and the wonderful Marlen who owns and runs it, she is an inspiration to any restaurant owner out there on how to do it right.
I can't praise this place more highly (you can also buy my beautiful hand made and natural soaps there ) She makes lovely jams, vinegars and oils which are available to buy.
First Class

Re: O Alambique
One of our favourite restaurants in the area, worth the journey from Carvoeiro as the food is wonderful and we are always made to feel very welcome by Marlen.
