O Rafaiol

I would like to hear your experiences with "O Rafaiol" which you can find on the right side of the street when you leave Carvoeiro.

On former holidays we had a very good impression of this restaurant. But the last time we were there (May 2006) the people were very unfriendly and the kitchen lost its finesse.

eight or ten years years ago it was one of our favourites - great prawn cataplanas and a decent pork alentejo but sadly as happens so often - a change of chef - now its no better than any of the others up the hill.
