I have just heard about “RCBE – REGISTER OF THE EFECTIVE BENEFICIARY” saying that all the commercial companies will be obliged to report their beneficiary owners until 30/04/2019.

Does anyone know, please, whether this is relevant to a Portuguese company owning a private villa, the shares of which are held equally in the name of me, my wife and 3 children.
