Does anyone have any experience of applying for / obtaining retrospective planning consent ?

Try to get someone who works for that department to apply for you for a remuneration, it gets through quicker that way, don't know about the legalities though. :D

Yes, we are currently going through the process of obtaining retrospective planning consent and hopefully nearing the end; I understand that a revised habitation licence will shortly be issued.

Happy to try and answer any questions you may have, though the process is being handled by our architect.
