Rental and Property Management

Hi, we have an apartment in Lower Monte Dourado which we have been renting out on occasions for a few years. Unfortunately our excellent rental manager has decided that the time has come to cut down on her work load. We were wondering if anyone could recommend a new agent. We visit the property a couple of time a year, from the UK, but are not in a position to look after the day to day maintenance of the property or to provide cleaning, laundry, meet and greet guests etc. Can anyone help? We have looked on-line but would prefer any personal recommendations before we approach any of these local companies. Thanks
