Thought this might be of interest to some on the forum, especially travelling to and from airport if your not going to use the A22

I loved the suggestion on avoiding the road closure (My bolding):

Infraestruturas de Portugal, has suggested a pleasant countryside route that wimbles to the south of the EN125 to get around the road works.
