How's everything going on there, any break in's? I'll be there in September, god willing and I'd like to know.

Just back after a wonderful holiday and all is well in the area. It was very busy lots of people walking to town & back every evening. The supermarket next to Vimar has had a facelift and is looking very smart, the new supermarket where Barclays bank was seemed to be very busy. All the restaurants in the area were very busy. The shortcut from Rua do Moinho to the sports ground was being used a lot with pedestrians (it still has the bollards preventing traffic).

I don't know about breakins but the thieving bastards are still on the prowl. I live between ADM and VDM and last week my Honda lawnmower was stolen. If anyone is offered a Honda HRB 476C please let the GNR at CVO know.

They're getting braver - it used to be little things that we're easily carried. A lawnmower doesn't go in a pocket very easily and does look rather conspicuous. Somebody must surely have seen the thieving £$€kers :
