Tradesmen recommendations

Hi all, I need to arrange a couple of largish jobs on the villa -

- Install around 150m of fencing (probably plasticated mesh of 1m high with galvanized tubing)
- Rip up and replace terracotta tiling surrounding the pool, a large area, which may also involve removal of a very large tree, the roots of which are disrupting the area.

Can anyone recommend reliable people who can do this (either or both jobs) to a good standard? Do you know of any websites where I can view tile choices (I am in the UK at the moment)?

We are just back from Carvoeiro and had work done by a local builder who is keen to get work. His English is good and he arrives when he says he will. His details are Bruno the Builder tel 965461851
