builders...nightmares ??

After 3.5 years of Camara frustrations/rip-offs and corruption ( I could write a book...on this...even my Lawyer and Agent ran off together with their steamy relationship and all my money ...And it got worse !! ) I'm about to obtain a building license to construct a Villa.......I would really appreciate from others experience / recommendations ref builders and/or any warnings to stay away........can anybody who has had a house built here recommend ?? a builder that has all the attributes one would expect...like build a nice quality house on time within the budget...not much to ask...but this is Portrugal. "!!!!! Appreciate comments
